Welcome to the official website for the Laguna Beach Property Owners Association (LBPOA). It is our hope that this website will facilitate communication to our members through outreach and create community.
The LBPOA is a non-profit organization, formed in 1982. Business is conducted by the Board of Directors who are elected at the annual member’s meeting.
The primary purpose of LBPOA is the preservation of the “Reserved Beach”, which refers to the 7/10ths of a mile undeveloped beach on the south side of Front Beach Road, within Laguna Beach Subdivision. The “Reserved Beach” was established by Fl. Courts in 1951.
Memberships are valid for the period beginning September 1st through August 31st of each year.
To vote at the annual membership meeting dues must be current and paid for the current fiscal year.
